Returns & Exchanges


We want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help with a straightforward return process.

1. Return Window

You have 28 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be sent back within 14 days of return approval.

2. Return Conditions

  • Unworn, unwashed, no makeup or deodorant marks
  • All original tags attached
  • Original packaging (including dust bags where applicable)
  • Proof of purchase required

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Underwear, lingerie, swimwear (hygiene)
  • Earrings and pierced jewellery
  • Gift cards
  • Final Sale items (clearly marked)

How to Return an Item

  1. Email hbfi1927@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
  2. We'll send you a Return Authorisation (RA) number and our returns address
  3. Pack the item securely with all tags attached
  4. Write your RA number on the outside of the parcel
  5. Ship using a trackable method (we recommend Royal Mail Signed For)
  6. Email us the tracking number

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance — CELORAVINE is not liable for returns lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (3-5 business days), we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

For the fastest service, return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. Direct exchanges are subject to stock availability — contact us to check.

⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a free return and either a replacement or full refund.

7. UK Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days to cancel your order after receiving it — this is in addition to our 28-day policy.
