Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm GMT will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery: Standard 7-14 business days, Express 3-7 business days. Customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility — please check with your local customs office.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for updates. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, contact us at hbfi1927@outlook.com.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we'll initiate a carrier investigation. For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours with photos. CELORAVINE is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
